Gainsborough’s house, host to exhibition examining the silk weaving industry through time. The exhibition presents the history of silk weaving in Sudbury from Spitalfields and also showcases the different processes used in design and manufacture over the years. We are delighted to have been able to provide some of our fabric designs for the exhibition to demonstrate the variety of work being produced by the silk weaving industry in Sudbury today.
